My family and I LOVE the employees at this location. Specifically the lady who was working today (May 20) at 6ish pm. She was very patient and kind while I messaged my family to see what they wanted to order, as they are home sick currently. She even went as far as to write such a kind note on our takeout box! The service was outstanding, very quick, and overall a great experience!
It was my first time visiting here, the staff Nikita explained me the menu & made a delightful mix-match combo! Cheers to Nikita for best service! Definitely visiting soon!
My wife and I decided to try this restaurant during a recent visit to St. Jacob's. We ordered the 6, and 9 pierogies dinner, which are each accompanied with 2 sides. The server was very courteous, and the menu is laid out quite well. While waiting for our food, I looked around and noticed the establishment is very clean. Our dinners were very flavourful. Bare in mind, these are traditional handmade pierogies. So, don't set you expectations toward some over-seasoned fast food. We had the ricotta, cottage cheese and meat pierogies, beet and carrot salads as well as the sauerkraut. All very delicious. Although, I did read some reviews bemoaning the price, I find them quite fair. I consider the quality and effort involved worth it. I definitely recommend trying this great little place.
So I have to say I absolutely love this place. It’s one of two I would rely on in KW for delicious pierogis every time! We often get takeout and the pierogis travel well. Great pickles, coleslaw and beet salad. Thanks for providing our community with delicious eats!
I had a wonderful experience at Pierogi House! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made with love. The pierogis were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of filling and seasoning. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Bhakti, the girl at the counter, provided warm and welcoming assistance.
I got the feast, it comes with pierogis, kielbasa, schnitzel and a side (I got the pickles), I also got a peach drink. The pierogis were delicious, I chose bacon and gouda, these are some of the nicest ones I've ever had. The kielbasa was also delicious, though I prefer it cooked a a little longer out of personal preference but I loved them nonetheless. The schnitzel was really good though a little tougher than I usually like but that's again personal preference. The pickles were tangy, very fresh and yummy, a good side. Lastly the peach drink is a lot like an apple cider but I was not a fan of the molasses, the drink wasn't for me. Overall I was very happy with my order, the restaurant is cute in style, clean and they had very friendly staff; I'd go again for sure!
Food was amazing. I was explained what fillings I could get and all the yummy toppings. Greeted right away as soon as I walked and made hot to order. So good
